How to sell
your hotel/guest house/bed and breakfast on the internet with

Send us
details as follows:
Tell us about
your hotel, guest house or B&B and give us the following to
be included in your listing (if you do not wish any of these
details to be listed then let us know):
- Name
and address of establishment
- Name
and phone number of contact (this can also be an agent if
you like)
- Contact E-mail
address if available
- Price
- Number
of bedrooms and how many are en-suite
- List
guest lounge, parking, bar, restaurant and any other rooms
- Owners
private rooms - how many and what they are
- List
other amenities of hotel such as gym, pool, garden
- Up to
five photos of your hotel
- Description of the
hotel, guesthouse, B&B - up to around 500 words
- We will
link to your own web site if you have one
Description hints: Try to make
your descriptions useful - e.g. modern, old; the setting - are
you in the countryside near interesting places, in a city not
far from nightlife or tourist related interests; is your
establishment quiet or would it attract revellers spending their
money; do you attract golfers etc.
Find your
establishment's best features and highlight them. However, what you may see as a hurdle may be an opportunity for someone
else. Some buyers may be looking for a challenge so do mention
them!
Try to give
an idea of what sort of business you attract, how many months
you trade for in a year; do you have local patronage or rely
more on passing tourists. Are you rated by a tourist authority;
do you have advertising placed in brochures etc.
Put yourself
in the buyer's shoes and think what they would like to know
about before they make an appointment to view.
You
may give your page listing with www.buyahotel.co.uk url to any other source as advertising.
You may make
changes to your listing free during the year if you wish.
